Well its that time of year again…I just LOVE December and although this year has been definitely been a different one I will still be dressing up for the festive season (even if it means being on zoom!). The best part about going out anyway is dressing up and there is no better feeling than wearing sparkly mood-boosting outfits that make you feel glammed up! There are so many AMAZING pieces this year on MyTheresa which are just perfect for the holiday season so I was delighted to compile this edit in collaboration with them! DRESSES
I absolutely love dressing up and believe that if you’re after the best forever piece, a classic black party dress is the ultimate investment! They are just so timeless as you can wear them year on year, and style with different accessories every time. This year I have definitely invested more in everlasting pieces and purchased a black lace maxi dress from Rotate Birger Christensen at the most amazing price! It has the most gorgeous floral lace with a slightly ballooned sleeve and pleated skirt, all on top of a tight bodysuit – you can also pair it with a slip for extra coverage. Self Portrait also has the most beautiful lace dresses which are more affordable options too. I love the shape of their Tiered lace midi dress and their Tulle Midi dress which are super chic and elegant – both timeless options that I would totally wear for years to come!
Don’t get me wrong I also LOVE statement dresses with bold prints, colours and lots of sparkle too! I honestly fell in love with Paco Rabanne embellished dress which is designed with rose gold discs all linked together to make the most unique piece. I shot with it earlier this season and can’t wait to wear it again. The Attico has some chic sequin dresses which are on sale on MyTheresa, so perfect chance to snap them up! I love the high neckline and three-quarter blouse sleeves of the blue sequin Ganni mini dress which is a total statement piece. Magda Butrym has a super cute baby pink silk mini dress and I had to purchase it because of the beautiful dramatic bow which is so gorgeous! I’m also in love with the silver sequin midi dress from Rebecca Vallace. It’s the perfect party piece at a very reasonable price and could not be more perfect to style with my red lip makeup look!

ACCESSORIES
Needless to say, accessories are essential for completing any festive look and feeling super glamorous! I’m totally in love with this velvet embellished Miu Miu hairbow which is exclusive to MyTheresa. It’s perfect for adding a finishing touch to your hair when wearing a timeless black dress. I also adore pearls and the Sophie Billie Brahe hoop earrings are super cute. I am a total jewellery addict and have a new love for the Eera earrings that you purchase individually and I love that you can mix colour and wear multiple in each ear. Jennifer Behr can done the prettiest pair of crystal bow earrings at a more reasonable price point. I love a gold chain necklace and this Bottega one is stunning to style with a simpler dress this season. These Annisa Kermich earrings are so beautiful, I bought them when I was pregnant with Winter and have recently rediscovered them – they are so chic and simple.
BAGS
Bags are a timeless evening companion and perfect for adding some fun to any outfit! Jimmy Choo bags are just an absolute DREAM and I am in love with their stunning collection of Callie clutches this year, especially the velvet one with the gorgeous pearls. Their glitter clutch also adds a stylish touch to every look. Paco Rabbane has some exquisite and festive bags with their gold tone discs which I would totally match with the fabulous dress I purchased from the brand. Bottega is another favourite and the metallic leather one is a statement piece which adds so much elegance to a party outfit, I own the gold one which is one of my favourite bags . I also love the Roger Vivier Satin clutch that the most beautiful flower buckle in multi colour crystals!
SHOES
Who doesn’t love party shoes?! I’m always so indecisive when choosing the perfect shoe to match my outfit because they can completely transform and upgrade any look. I am in love with the fuchsia Christian Louboutin suede pumps – with the glamorous oversized bow I had the red last year and they are a firm favourite Jimmy Choo shoes always glam up any outfit and they have the most divine collection of embellished heels on MyTheresa. I am in love with the black LOVE embellished pumps they are a dream! The Aquazzura bow tie pumps are heavenly and I’m obsessed with the black lace ones which are an ultimate statement for the holiday season!
